Automatic Buttermilk & Lassi Pouch Packing Machine SUNFLEX LS 500

SUNFLEX LS 500 Tank Model is a mechanically operated automatic Form, Fill & Seal Pouch Packing Machine specially designed for hygienic and efficient packaging of Buttermilk and Lassi. The machine is equipped with an Impulse Injection Filling System and is suitable for filling quantities from 150 ml to 400 ml.

The machine can pack approximately 18002400 pouches per hour, depending on the filling quantity. It features a Machine Controller, photo mark system, continuous heating sealing and centre seal pouch formation for consistent and reliable packaging.

All product-contact parts are manufactured from SS 304 material, making the machine suitable for hygienic dairy product packaging applications. The machine is compact, robust and designed for continuous production with easy operation and maintenance.
