SUN FLEX-4SL50 Automatic Ghee Pouch Packing Machine

SUN FLEX-4SL50 is an automatic Ghee Pouch Packing Machine designed for accurate and hygienic packing of ghee in 10 to 50 gram pouches. The machine works on the Form, Fill & Seal (FFS) principle and is suitable for laminated packaging films of 60 microns and above.

The machine is equipped with a syringe filling system and provides an approximate production speed of 3040 pouches per minute, depending on the product flow characteristics. It can produce three-side or four-side sealed pouches with pouch length controlled according to the printed registration mark.

The machine has a compact and robust construction, making it suitable for ghee manufacturers, dairy product manufacturers, food processing units and small to medium-scale packing requirements.
